Terms of Service

These terms cover the Quiver Chrome extension and its optional Pro subscription. By installing or using Quiver, you agree to them.

The service

Quiver is a Chrome extension for saving and inserting prompts into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Free plan works on ChatGPT and stores up to 10 prompts. Pro unlocks all supported sites and unlimited prompts.

Billing and cancellation

Pro is billed at $7.99/month or $69.99/year through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt email. Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Your content

The prompts you save are stored in your own browser's Chrome Sync storage, not on our servers. You own everything you save in Quiver. See the Privacy Policy for details on what Quiver does and doesn't access.

Acceptable use

Use Quiver for its intended purpose. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the extension, and don't attempt to circumvent the Free plan's limits or the Pro subscription paywall.

No warranty

Quiver is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted, particularly as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity change their own site layouts over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Quiver is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Quiver evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
