Terms of Service 利用規約

Qarta saves prompts and inserts them into ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot (personal), Claude, Perplexity and Grok, and keeps a searchable library of the AI chats you open, stored in your own browser. The Free plan works on every supported site, stores up to 10 prompts and 3 chat folders, covers all of your chats in the library, includes the whole job template collection, and can back your prompts up to a file and restore them. Qarta Pro removes the 10-prompt and folder limits, adds sending one prompt to several sites at once, {{variable}} fill-in, pinning and Markdown export, and the other features described in Qarta and on our website.

Qarta is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity or xAI. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot (personal), Claude, Perplexity and Grok are trademarks of their respective owners.

Qarta Pro costs $10 per month or $96 per year (US dollars), charged through Stripe via ExtensionPay when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from “Manage billing” in Qarta's side panel or from the customer-portal link in your Stripe receipt email; Qarta Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

All payments are final and non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation part-way through a period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Temporary malfunctions — for example while an AI site changes its pages and before we update Qarta — are not grounds for a refund. If we change the price, we'll announce it at least 30 days in advance and it will apply from your next renewal. If we discontinue Qarta Pro, we'll announce it in advance and stop future renewals.

Minors need a parent or guardian's consent to subscribe.

Your prompts are stored in your Chrome Sync storage and your chat library only in your own browser — not on our servers — and you own everything you save. Because it lives in your browser, it can be lost if you uninstall Qarta, clear browser data or change computers; export backups of anything important. You are responsible for what you save and send, and for following the terms of each AI service you use with Qarta. We don't control and aren't responsible for those services or the answers they give.

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute Qarta; don't circumvent the Free plan's limits or the Qarta Pro paywall; don't abuse payments (for example fraudulent chargebacks) or send spam or automated requests to our contact form; and don't use Qarta to break any law or anyone else's rights.

If we find a violation, we may suspend or end your access (including Qarta Pro) without prior notice and without refund, and we will take legal action where appropriate, including claims for damages and reports to the police or other authorities. You are responsible for any loss your violation causes us or others, including reasonable legal fees.

AI sites change their pages often, and a feature may stop working until we update Qarta. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give notice of important changes in Qarta or on our website.

Qarta is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it fits any particular purpose, is accurate or useful, is free of errors, or will be available without interruption.

Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from Qarta.

If we are nevertheless held liable under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law — and except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence — our liability is limited to ordinary, direct damage you actually suffered, up to the amount of your most recent single payment to us (zero for Free plan users).

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in advance on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. 1. 本サービスは、プロンプトを保存してChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、Copilot（個人向け）、Perplexity、Grokの各AIチャットサービス（以下「対象AIサービス」といいます。）に挿入する機能、およびユーザーが閲覧した対象AIサービスとの会話をユーザーのブラウザ内に保存して検索できる機能（以下「会話ライブラリ」といいます。）を提供します。

2. 無料プランでは、すべての対象AIサービスでの利用、保存件数10件までのプロンプト保存、3個までの会話フォルダ、すべての対象AIサービスを対象とする会話ライブラリ、職種別テンプレ集、およびプロンプトのファイルへの書き出し・復元を利用できます。Qarta Proでは、保存件数および会話フォルダ数の制限の解除、複数の対象AIサービスへの同時送信、変数（穴埋め）の入力、プロンプトの固定表示、会話のMarkdown形式での保存、その他本サービス上に表示する機能を利用できます。

3. 本サービスは当方が独自に提供するものであり、OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、Microsoft、Perplexity、xAIの各社と提携し、または各社の承認もしくは後援を受けたものではありません。ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、Copilot、Perplexity、Grokは、各社の商標または登録商標です。

1. Qarta Proの料金は、月額プランが10米ドル、年額プランが96米ドルとし、申込み時にExtensionPayを通じてStripeにより決済されます。

2. Qarta Proの契約は、ユーザーが解約しない限り、月額プランは1か月ごと、年額プランは1年ごとに同一条件で自動的に更新され、更新日に次期の料金が課金されます。

3. ユーザーは、本サービスのサイドパネルの「支払い管理」、またはStripeから送付される請求メールに記載のカスタマーポータルから、いつでも解約することができます。解約後も、支払済みの期間が満了するまでQarta Proを利用できます。

4. 当方は、支払済みの利用料金について、期間途中での解約その他いかなる事由による場合も、返金を行わないものとします。ただし、法令により返金が義務付けられる場合は、この限りではありません。

5. 対象AIサービスの仕様変更等により、当方が対応するまでの間に生じる機能の一時的な不具合は、返金の理由とはなりません。

6. 当方は、料金を変更する場合、30日以上前に本サービス上で告知し、変更後の料金は告知後最初の更新日から適用します。

7. 当方がQarta Proの提供を終了する場合は、事前に告知したうえで、以後の自動更新を停止します。

8. 未成年のユーザーがQarta Proを申し込む場合は、あらかじめ法定代理人の同意を得るものとします。

1. プロンプトはユーザーのChrome同期領域に、会話ライブラリはユーザーのブラウザ内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには保存されません。保存データに関する権利はユーザーに帰属します。

2. 保存データは、本サービスの削除、閲覧データの消去、端末の変更等により失われることがあります。ユーザーは、必要に応じて自らの責任でバックアップを行うものとします。

3. ユーザーは、自らが保存・送信する内容、および対象AIサービスの利用規約の遵守について、自らの責任を負うものとします。当方は、対象AIサービスおよびその回答内容について、一切の責任を負いません。

1. ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の各号に該当する行為をしてはなりません。

• 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、転売、再配布
• 無料プランの制限またはQarta Proの課金を回避する行為
• 不正なチャージバックその他の決済の不正利用
• お問い合わせフォームへのスパム、自動送信その他の妨害行為
• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• その他、当方が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

2. 当方は、ユーザーが前項に違反したと認める場合、事前の通知なく本サービスの利用停止または契約の解除（Qarta Proを含み、この場合も返金は行わないものとします。）を行うことができるほか、損害賠償請求、警察その他の関係機関への通報を含む法的措置を講じます。

3. ユーザーは、第1項の違反により当方または第三者に生じた損害（合理的な弁護士費用を含みます。）を賠償するものとします。

1. 対象AIサービスの仕様変更等により、当方が対応するまでの間、本サービスの一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

2. 当方は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または一部もしくは全部の提供を終了することがあります。重要な変更については、本サービス上で告知します。

1. 当方は、本サービスが特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・正確性・有用性を有すること、不具合がないこと、および中断なく利用できることを保証しません。

2. 当方は、本サービスに関してユーザーに生じた損害について、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

3. 消費者契約法その他の法令の適用により、前項にかかわらず当方が損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当方の賠償責任は、ユーザーに現実に生じた通常かつ直接の損害に限られ、かつ、当該ユーザーが当方に直近に支払った1回分の利用料金の額（無料プランのユーザーについては0円）を上限とします。

1. 当方は、民法の定型約款に関する規定に従い、本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生日を本ページで事前に告知し、効力発生日以降に本サービスを利用したユーザーは、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約または本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、消費者であるユーザーに法令上認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

3. 本規約のいずれかの条項が無効と判断された場合でも、その他の条項は引き続き効力を有します。
